Potassium carbonate is listed in the ingredients . Potassium carbonate is one of of most common solutions used in the Dutch process. If healthy benefits is something that matters to you in a chocolate then stay well away from this one. Fortunately Amazon does sell cocoa powder which didn’t go through the Dutch process.
