I personally don't think they work for me but having said that they may work for others. The seller has added some minimal information on what Biotin does but I'm not convinced. I have been taking biotin for a while now. I've been using an oral spray for the last couple of years, but now thought I would give these a go.The tablets are small and easy to swallow. They give 5x the dose of the oral spray I was using. I haven't noticed a change to my skin and hair compared to before, but I can certainly say that when I started taking biotin 2 years ago my hair became noticeably thicker. My partner (who is in his 40s and was starting to lose a bit of hair) began taking it at the same time. His hairdresser, who he's been visiting for the last 10 years, noticed how much thicker his hair was becoming, without him telling her about starting the supplement. So biotin does work.Assuming these tablets are from a high quality source, I recommend them.

I've been using this for several weeks and I can tell the difference. I wear acrylic nail and have for many years but my natural nails are much stronger. I have long hair and I've also noticed less breakage, especially during the summer when I wear it up alot. Very small capsules but very effective. I take 3 a day, in the morning and they don't upset my stomach either, Love the fact it is a small pill compared to other brands, I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who wants healthier hair, skin and nails. 100%!!

I have taken biotin for several months and have found it genuinely has helped both my hair and nails. These capsules are quite easy to swallow, and have no flavour and no aftertaste. I had not thought I needed this supplement, but was persuaded to try it and I am so glad I did as my hair is less brittle and my nails are not breaking and splitting as badly as they did. The biotin is the only change I have made so it can only be that I was deficient in this vitamin. I shall continue to take it as I am so pleased with the results.
