AYRSaline Nasal Gel 0.50 oz (Pack of 12)

I order this for my husband who has a cyst in his nose and is prone to nose bleeds if he does not keep his nasal passages well lubricated. This gel does the trick! His ENT doctor recommended it.

If you are on oxygen and can't use oil based products this is a fantastic substitute. My only complaint is that the tubes are tiny. I don't understand why they can't make a larger size. Still, while expensive, it's worth every penny.

Apply 2-3 times daily to prevent or decrease nosebleeds. Safe and Amazing product.

I am prone to bloody noses. Since I am on Warfarin blood thinner this can be problematic. The Ayr gel helps keep my nose interior from drying out.
