Painted Heart Women's Bell-Sleeve Sweater-Dress with Back Twist Detail

You can tell in the photo that the fabric is thin, I wish it was just a bit heavier. Other than that, this is a pretty good find. I work from home and have kids that I run to activities often. I'm always on the lookout for comfy, casual ways to get dressed that are a bit better than just yoga pants, and this fits the bill. It probably won't last more than a season or two, but that's OK with me given the price. You will probably want to wear a slip underneath though!

I like this dress. Versatile and easy to dress up and down. Great for the price!It is sheer but not so sheer that you'd feel naked in public, even when backlit. I tend to be a little more modest so I will probably wear it with a slip, but plenty of people wear black bras with thin white tees and would be fine without a slip. It's thin enough to show dark underwear and bra, but not so thin that you can see your navel.One thing to note: because of the way the back is knotted and how the fabric attaches to the sleeve seam that wraps around the circumference of bicep (sort of in a dolman/batwing) style with a big ruffle attached at the end, that sleeve seam that runs around the bicep pulls if you try to reach your arms forward or up to the sides. There is some stretch in the fabric and in the serged sleeve seam, but one should still be aware and not move their arms around too much or too quickly, or they may risk popping the threads in that seam, and/or stress-tearing the dress. One star off for this.The dress is very thin and soft so it will probably not last more than a season anyway. For the price, I'm not too bothered but any of these trivial shortcomings.

I love this dress. I paid attention to previous reviews. It is a bit thin, but I did not wear a slip underneath. I wore it at night, so I felt comfy with a bra and a pair of thintastic shorts by spanx underneath.Some customer mentioned that it pulled on the arms due to the way it was made. I didn't really notice any tension, but I also ordered a size up. It was loose but not baggy. It hung very nicely on my curves. I receive several compliments on the high low hem and detail on the back of the dress.

Love this! So flattering with the twist detail on the back. Easily dress it up or down. I’m about 140lbs/5’6’’ and the medium fits perfectly.

On top of being too thin, it was sized small, never wore it. Ugly in person.

So pretty,simple, and can be dressed up. Very thin.
