I purchased this hoping it would help with my energy levels. I can't say that I really noticed a difference.

Tastes Great!
I have tried plenty of different b12 products (pills, gummies, sprays) and nothing compares to the taste of this product. The Boli B12 spray has a fresh mint taste and the stevia it is sweetened with has no aftertaste. I dont have children but I assume they would love this spray. Great product.

Good source of B12
I use this spray when I have to play a long third set in tennis. B12 gives me just the boost I need. It tastes pretty good too and is convenient to use. I keep one in my tennis bag at all times.

Just didn't feel any different,I'm disappointed in both b12 products I brought,I have lupus and need energy to make it through the day,I tried 2 different types,neither work👎thumbs down to both.
