Hi, can it be used over Eggshell paint on closet wall?

I don't know, I only use it for vinyl with my silhouette! Sorry, im not much help!

I didnt have trouble getting it to lift my vinyl but im have trouble getting it to transfer my vinyl no matter how hard i rub its not releasing it

You need to roll a corner back slowly to start the lifting process. You may need to use a tool to assist in separating the vinyl from the tape. In my opinion, this transfer tape is too tacky for a lot of applications.

Does this need heat to stick? I seem to be having trouble with this sticking to my vinyl and wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Dear Customer, thank you for your purchase and your honest opinion. We value all the suggestions and product feedback. Please try our high tack transfer tape with backing, we believe this will solve all your problem.
