Really comfy

This was a big fiasco from the second I took this thing out of the shipping box and bag! I will never order the Olee brand again. I took a chance on a sale price and went with this brand instead of Zinus, which we've ordered 4 variations of before without problems. Immediately the chemical smell hit me upon opening the box. Super, super strong. Like stomach-turning strong. Our other compressed mattresses had a very light "new" smell, but it faded quick to no smell. This thing still stinks to high heaven a week later. The second problem was the compression never fully "fluffed". I ordered an 8" queen sized mattress. It never fluffed itself past 5" even a full week later. I chatted live with customer service twice over this. The first representative tells me I will be getting a refund and I have to send the mattress back via a UPS pickup order he would generate even though it was out of the box and no longer compressed. Ok, fine...I wrapped it back up in the plastic it came in as best I could, but UPS never picked it up. UPS tells me I needed to re-contact Amazon, so a second attempt at a live chat to resolve the matter and a new representative tells me that mattresses are not returnable at all due to health/safety concerns, even defective ones like this mattress they sent me, because it was out of the box. Ok....how am I supposed to know if I have a defective product if I don't take it out of the box? He tells me I will get a one-time exception refund on my account and I can keep the mattress, dispose of it, or donate it. So I was granted a refund, which I appreciate, but now I am leery of ordering any other compressed mattress on Amazon for fear of this situation repeating and me being out more money...and being stuck with a mattress that doesn't function as it should which I have to figure out what to do with. My third complaint...this mattress is hard as a rock and I don't think it would be comfortable even if it had fluffed to the 8" it was supposed to be. Never, ever again.

This is the one of 6 memory foam mattresses we have purchased for our home and it is my favorite! It is not too firm but just firm enough to be extremely comfortable. This is in our RV and I sleep better on it than in our Florida home or Michigan home. Best purchase ever😁

It is very comfortable and the sleep quality is really good. Easy to handle and assemble.

5" SOMEPLACES AND 6" OTHERS, TOO SOFT SINK RIGHT TO FLOOR

Purchased an 8 inch twin mattress. Not only was the mattress defective and did not inflate more than 6 inches (even less in some spots)., but when I returned it and received a replacement mattress, the replacement mattress was also defective and also only inflated to about 6 inches (even less in some spots). Terrible mattress, will not recommend anyone purchasing this mattress
