Can you put on top of another insole

I wear these with skechers and they have memory insoles in them. I just put them right over them and they fit nice. They are very comfortable. I have problems with my feet and these came in very handy. I bought 3 pairs for all my sneakers.

Could I last all day walking in these if I have flat feet?
