Have anyone used it to grind some really sticky flowers? Does it get stock?

Have used mine for well over 8+ years and no issues with dry or sticky herb.

Is the button easy to push? And after your material is ground up, how do you get it out? Is the tub removeable?

The button is very easy to push. You have to tip the shredder over or upside down to remove the material. After I was done shredding I would keep the lid on and turn it up side down and give it a couple taps, then remove the lid with the material in it.

How much does it grind at once or how much does it hold

It will grind aprox. 10 grams at a time. Best to pulse it than to hold "ON" for more than 2 seconds as it will grind your tobacco very quickly.

does this catch kief?

There is no screen to catch the kief, it all gets mixed together
