My Favorite Feta
The taste of Valbreso feta is very mild, smooth, and creamy It's a typical french cheese made from sheep's milk use this for my Greek-style salad. When it comes to making a spanakopita I usually use the classic goat's milk cheese because of its tangy flavor. When buying feta make sure it is made from sheep or goat milk as it makes all the difference in the world.Be sure to store this cheese, once it is opened, in an air-tight container and make a solution of water with some salt.Unfortunately, I never measure my ingredients but the water should have a definite salty flavor, and just enough water to cover the cheese. It should last for at least a month if you change the water solution a couple of times a week.

Taste and texture….
….is excellent. But it could be subjective. I prefer this milder softer feta that comes from sheep.

Delicious
This feta cheese is absolutely delicious. I like that it doesn’t have a slightly dryness to it like other feta. I loveee feta but this has a whole different goodness to it. I also don’t have to put a lot on my dishes bc the flavor is strong in itself.

Creamy & tangy
Works well w/the oven-roasted grape tomato & feta pasta. Very creamy consistency, tartness complements the sweetness of the tomatoes. I'm going to try it w/canned roasted diced tomatoes bc I don't like the tomato peels. I do wish it was cheaper, though. A little pricey for the amount. But good, better than pricey & not good.

Hit or Miss
This cheese is tasty when you get one that has not gone bad. Second time this happened with an unopened and appropriately dated package. The smell will definitely warn you of rotten vs. robust.
