I got this item as an upgrade to my previous utility bag. I have used it everyday since I got it, as it is a substitute to a purse or small bag. I wear it at work, and on my days off. It easily holds pens, personal products, a small multi tool/knife, a cellphone, wallet, a lighter and box of cigarettes. The back pocket is good for paper or thin things like business cards or receipts. The canvas holds up well and cleans easily if you get dirt or food on it. I hand/spot wash it, and haven't put it though a washing machine yet. The buttons and zippers have not given me any issues and look well sown on and of good quality. One issue I have is the strap length, it does not quite go small enough to perfectly fit my waist. I'm a short (5' 2"), small person and sometimes it hangs a little too low on my hips. I would have also preferred if it had a buckle fastener for the main waist strap. It currently has a pretty strong double sided velcro fastener. However, I have not had issues with it staying fastened. All and all, it works great for everyday use and is very roomy. Would recommend for people who need to keep their hands free at work or don't want to have to carry a shoulder bag when doing short hikes or going out to things like festivals or other outdoor social events.

I love this bag!!! I was just looking it up to see if I could get another one in a different colour! I really like all the different pockets. It has 2 pockets on the belt, one of them is perfect for feminine products. So you never are fishing endlessly to find them. The other is long and thin, for a bag of tabacco? The pocket in the back is hard to get to so it's good for things like passports. The front pockets have room for my phone, keys, smokes, lipstick, and verious other what nots and whosits. There is another pocket for money and cards and such. With all that business you would think that it would be bulky, but really it's not. I'm not a thin person either and its adjustable. Fits great!love it!

I loved that this was adjustable and has tons of pockets. I got it to wear at work. I work retail and I needed to be able to have certain things with me at all times. It would work well as a travel item too. Holds just about everything you would need for a trip to Disneyland and much more fashionable than a fanny pack.

I've had a few of these hip bags and this is the best designed. The side pockets other than the main do NOT get in the way which is my primary reason for paying for this one. I'll be getting another before Amazon runs out of stock.

I was sooo excited for this utility belt/fanny pack but it’s HUGE. Even on the tightest setting my hips can’t hold it up. I figured at this price point it would be more accommodating. Very disappointed.

It was love at first sight for me. I need to carry items with me for work but I've never been fond of fanny packs and a purse is not realistic. I've resorted to using a mini backpack but they have drawbacks of their own. One being that they're less accessible when I need to grab something out of it.This bag has everything I need. It has several pockets (and pockets inside pockets!) Seven in total! It hangs down farther than a fanny pack which makes it more accessible, especially in jacket weather. The waist strap is somewhat adjustable (It could probably stand to be more adjustable but it fits me just fine)One complaint I had about it was the snaps. In the beginning they were extremely difficult to get snapped back together. If I hadn't loved the bag as much as I did I'm sure I would've given up. Now that they have finally been snapped and unsnapped several times it's no longer a fight to get them snapped. I'm very grateful that they work now because this truly is a great bag for my purposes!

I used to go to festivals and I loved wearing hip belts for the convenience. Eventually I got sick of purses altogether and quit carrying them because they felt almost ridiculous, but having to palm my phone and wallet constantly was definitely a bit of a pain. Enter this hip belt, my first foray into casual belts for regular use and I gotta tell you: I'm never going back.I use this hip belt in any casual situation where I might need a purse and I get compliments constantly on how convenient and easy it must be versus carrying a purse all day. And it really is! Perfect for day trips to the zoo, running errands around town, even just hopping over to the park is easier when I don't have to worry about stashing a purse or my wallet/keys/phone at a picnic table near other strangers.The belt itself fits really well, is easily adjustable, and stays put - no loosening of the buckle or falling down as it stretches out. Pockets are roomy and hold just enough. Fabric is durable and thick but not stiff at all. This is a really great accessory that's perfect for more than just festivals or renaissance faires! I really love mine for regular use and I definitely think there's a place for them in everyday wear for sure. The purse of the future! Recommended 100%.
