Awsome tool!
I have a rack of carbs for a 93 Gixxer that was missing the brass external bypass tube on #4 carb. I bought the 1/16" tubing at hobby lobby and the spring benders. They wouldnt bend a tight enough radius. Bought this bender, it came with 4 pieces of anealed tubiig the perfect length. It bent a very tight radius and no collapsing! I save a couple hundred buck buying this right tool for the job. There are no cons i can see with this bender!!! Id give it 6 stars if i could.

Can't go wrong for the price, but isn't a "super tool"
The 4 stars is appropriate. I have used 1/8" brass tubing and it bends a beautiful, tight bend and doesn't disfigure the brass, However, I mostly use 1/8" brass ROD, not tubing, and it needs to be heated in order to bend. The handles are aluminum, but the part in the middle is plastic. Heated brass melts it. I wish it were aluminum, as well. As someone else mentioned, some marks to help with alignment would be beneficial. All in all, this is a handy tool, but could stand to be a bit more robust. I am surprised with its durability, despite the melting factor.

it's better for soft brass or copper
it works but the bends do collapse some. it's better for soft brass or copper. I was bending a vent line for a glow fuel tank which would be considered a common use for this type bender. maybe if you filled the tube with fine sand it might do better don't know. It works but I would not buy it again.

great tool
I am very satisfied with this tool. It is limited in the sense it can only bend 1/8 inch tubing but it does it extremely well. I have, however a suggestion regarding the handles: the product should provide ( even if as an option ) a shorter handle so tubing can be bent in an "S" shape. The reason why they cannot is because the handle is in the way of a previous "U" shape tube.

Good quality for the price, though they need to update the product description
Had to return because product description states that it's "designed for use with 1/8" or 5/32" tubing" however, it is only for 1/8" tubing.Other than that, it works as described
