Magnesium Chloride Oil Body Spray Supplement for Joints & Muscles

Through pregnancy I've had horrible restless leg syndrome and my midwife recommended this. It worked wonders! it stung at first on the calves, but I researched this is due to low magnesium in the system. My prenatal only offers 125mg and I'm allowed up to 350mg. I did 2 sprays on each calf, as it spreads generously. It obviously needed if it stung! Another great benefit was I slept comfortably and for a long time (8 hours!!) - which has been unheard of this pregnancy as I've suffered terribly with insomnia. I also tried it the next morning on other sore muscles on my neck and it instantly number the achey / bruised feeling. So I am very impressed with this products results. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and wish I knew about it sooner, but pleased it's helping me keep comfortable and rested in the third trimester. I will buy it again if I run out before birth and definitely recommend to other pregnant people.

I’ve used it for months and it’s helped with sleep and stopping night cramps legs. However just after I ordered the latest bottle I realised that the soreness on my fingers is due to using this spray as I’ve been applying to my feet with my hands. I also thought I had a very difficult to heal case of mild athlete’s foot. Unfortunately it’s a rash caused by this spray. I now have a new bottle that I can’t use and they don’t allow returns. It’s a shame as it was good but I guess not for long term use. I’ll go back to taking capsules as magnesium is definitely the way to go.

Very good product very happy eased my back pain

My go to now for my nocturnal or early morning calf,thigh and foot cramps. I put this on as a preventative and I can honestly, hand on my heart, advise you that it works for me. Also about 7am this morning I was awake by that horrible sharp pain in my calf, shooting from my bed like a bat out of hell to get my leg outstretched against the wardrobe, I grabbed my spray off the bedside table. I sprayed it 3 times directly onto my calf and gently rubbed it in and literally within 30 seconds the pain had diminished dramatically. This was the second time I'd tried this on the actual cramp and I thought maybe it was a fluke....so now it's happened twice, I wanted to share the great news! I only tend to get cramps at night, as a rule...so this sits on my bedside table. I think applying it every single night since purchasing a couple of weeks ago, gas helped enormously. If I'm going out for the day though, I do take it with me in my handbag. It states you can build up to 10-20 sprays a day and as I already take Mg Complex capsules twice daily, I'm careful to keep it to around 8 sprays a day. Some reported it tingled on application, for me it only ever so slightly tingles about 20 minutes after application. It's not at all unpleasant. I have very sensitive skin but opted for this one vs the sensitive one based on a review I read here. It's absolutely fine and doesn't cause any skin reaction at all. It's an odd sort of 'texture'...not sure how I'd describe it...not sticky or tacky...but has a strange adherence factor if you try and turn in bed or when getting dressed, putting trousers or pj's on....but you adapt. I'd rather struggle getting dressed than have pain any day!

After trying the Better You Sensitive Magnesium Spray I thought I'd try this one. I was still looking for it to benefit my sleep and hoped that with the increased amount of magnesium it might work out better for me. Although it is recommended to build up the amount of sprays used over time, I didn't do this as I'd previously been using the sensitive version and I started taking 6 to 8 sprays a day. With the mg per 10 sprays being 200 this meant I was getting 57% of the RDA if I used 10 sprays but most days I would just do 6 to 8 sprays as I find it quite an inconvenience to do more. With just 6 sprays I found that it took a long time to rub in and even then it left a sticky residue on the skin, this doesn't absorb fully over time either. Some mornings I would wake up and the area skin of skin sprayed would still feel tacky. For these reasons using the recommended amount of sprays according to the packaging was just too much hassle. As with the other spray, I expected a stinging sensation as others had commented on the different magnesium sprays but I did not get this which I was pleased about. Sometimes it felt warm or itchy for half an hour ish after spraying but not in an uncomfortable way and it wasn't very often. I didn't really notice this was doing much to my sleep, I had been hoping for better quality sleep and not waking up feeling tired, this was until I went on holiday. I didn't take the spray with me as I didn't want extra and potentially unnecessary things in my suitcase but after a few days of being away I started to notice how tired I was feeling in the morning. This went on for a few days when I got home also as I had got out of the habit of using the spray. When I realised and started using again I started to notice I was less tired when I woke up and throughout the day. I am glad I discovered this in that way as it shows that it was having a big effect, I just wasn't noticing it, which is the problem with some products like this, it's hard to know if they're working or if you're wasting your money! I do find that I have to use this product in the morning or at lunchtime which is why the stickiness is even more of an inconvenience than if I was using at night whilst my pyjamas are on. If I use the spray too close to bedtime it doesn't help me to sleep, it keeps me awake. I've no idea why this happens but it still benefits me at night, I just can't use it then. I've also noticed how it lessens anxiety when I use it which is beneficial. I think this is a great option for magnesium and it's an affordable product that lasts a good amount of time before it needs repurchasing, definitely worth a try to improve sleep.

This really does work. I have had a stiff painful neck for weeks and a spray of this helps to reduce the pain. It also helps with my plantar fasciitis. Not a permanent fix but it certainly helps to get a good night's sleep with less pain.

I had been having issues going to and staying asleep after recovering from a bad cough. I was a zombie and was willing to try just about anything. I had read someone’s recommendation to spray this on your feet before bed but l was skeptical. I had tried magnesium pills but those worked with unpleasant side effects. This spray helped me fall asleep more quickly and l slept through the night the very first night. I am on day 4 and same result every night. I felt very well rested and do not seem to have any negative side effects. I wore fuzzy socks on my feet to avoid getting any oil on my sheets. And l don’t even care if it does end up staining my sheets since the trade off is getting much needed rest! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help staying asleep. Note: l believe l have sleep apnea and at the very least have a hard time ‘shutting down my brain’ at night. I even stopped tossing and turning. I don’t know how this spray works, all l know is that it DOES!
