Padded Compression Shirt Chest Protector Heart Guard Sternum Protective Vest for Football Baseball

As much as I would love to say my kid liked this, he didn’t. With the crazy Damar Hamlin football incident, mama got on the crazy train about protecting her baby while playing sports. Welp, my son tried this on and said Nuh Uh - not comfortable. He said send it back. I knew he’d never wear it so I returned it but I think it would have been a good thing for my son, who pitches, to wear, it was durable and not cheap. Good deal for the money.

Editing a second time: The company contacted me and said they sent the old instructions and this shirt is indeed machine washable and dryable, as long as the temperature does not exceed 140 degrees. Appreciated the follow-up.Editing to add: the Amazon description says “machine wash,” so no mistake on my part in not reading carefully at purchase. But the shirt comes with two different papers that are very emphatic that it’s hand wash. VERY emphatic.Bought this on Prime Day without carefully reading the description. By the time my husband’s birthday rolled around and I read the package insert, it was too late to return.Instructions call for you to take a sweaty, stinky sports shirt, hand wash it and then hang it up to dry without wringing it out. No washer, no dryer, no wringing. So I guess I have to have a drying rack in my bathtub for two days? I can’t just put a sopping wet shirt to dry over my floor.Two stars only because my husband tried it on and liked the compression fit. Note that the shirt looks ridiculously small right out of the package.

This is my daughters favorite chest protector out of all the ones she has.

I do a little mountain boarding and I wear dirt bike pads and this goes well with them.A bad fall and I don't feel a thing.Thanks !!!!

Not true to size.

I bought this for my grandson, he is playing football for his middle school. Perfect fit. Good quality. Worth the money.

I like the fit. It feels comfortable for my after surgery.

You need to order 1 size bigger in order to fit properly, for the rest is a good product
