Works just dandy
What's not to like? Just swap the original adjustable orange tip onto this extension, attach to the spray gun and enjoy the added reach. It sufficiently helps keep me and what I'm wearing further back and out of the over spray in addition to giving me more reach up high or less bending down low.

Excellent product, fit a perfect on my Magnum X-7. Coupled with a fine finish RAC V tip, you will get a great result for painting cabinetry, doors, trim, or the like.

Easy to use once you have the right guard.
The extension itself is great and was a big help for me and my project. One thing that did catch me off guard was the spray tip guard does not work with the tip that comes with the X5 or compatible ones. The plastic shape of the blue guard is not the same as the orange one that comes with the spray gun. Please be cognizant of that as you will have to take the guard of the gun and use it on the extension for the tip to work.

This size extension is pretty much a must have. It helps extend your reach a little bit and makes painting go a little smoother. I also purchased a 40” extension for painting tall exterior walls

10 inch extension works great for me on 8' ceilings And trim. Just keep in mind it still spits a little bit. I dont run it with a clear shot. Also rac x tip is nice can put it directly on already gun if needed.

Damage
I want to return it because it is defective and the yellow thumb does not fit inside the blue one, it protrudes a little further. If you want, Now I don't know if I should return it or what to do because it's stopping my work and I'm currently losing money.
