I tested this out for about 15 days of workouts and lap swimming, and it definitely 💯 made me get into a better routine and has increased the productivity of the time I spend working out. It’s not going to move your body for you, but it is going to drive you crazy until you do. I also had my gym going friends try it out and they had similar opinions on the product. Some prefer a pre workout that is less stimulating but agreed that this one was a good addition to a productive workout especially if you need an extra boost. I tried the blue raspberry, it is pretty sweet, but also kinda sour. I prefer to have mine about 10-15 min before I workout, and tend to use slightly less if I am planing on a shorter workout. I also have a very sensitive stomach, but this seems to not upset mine.

Love this preworkout. Give me just a little itch. It takes me 1-1/2 hours to complete my workout and this gets me through it. Blue raspberry is so good.
