The yeast infections has cut down significantly. I take one each night before I go to bed. It also supposed to help keep the gut right. Healthy gut, hopefully healthy brain. I feel good, there is no taste, it's in capsule form. I stay hydrated with 90% H20 daily. Not too much after 7 pm, I don't want to get up & pee too much. It may help with weight loss
