Minor Glitch.........no problemo
This unit is fast and, so far, dependable. Requires a stronger wifi signal than another unit sitting right next to it, but this was easily fixed with a $40 booster. Dell's tech support is first rate! Customer care was on the scene within two days to replace the wifi card, but that wasn't the problem, after all. Love the Windows 10. Seller was first rate, too.

Like New and Great Price
Plugged it in, connected to a monitor, updated Windows and downloaded all the software i needed and have a great fast PC with a big SSD hard drive. Maybe not for your best gaming experience but for typical use, this machine is terrific. I didn't mean to buy one with zero reviews but I did and highly recommend it. From cold to browsing the web in about 16 seconds.

Good Value for the money
This is a pretty snazzy little mini pc. It's got the 1TB SSD Hard drive, i5 and 16gb ram. Comes with USB keyboard and mouse. I have set up everything I need on this pc and it's working perfectly. I do not know if this is a good gaming pc as, I don't game. I have no idea if tech support is good as I have not had to call them. It would have been nice to have built in wifi and blue tooth. But, the dongle works fine so, that's not an issue for me. It is a renewed computer but behaves as new. I appreciate that it comes with Windows 10 pro. I did not feel like going through the learning curve (Win 11) to set up a media server on this. I am only giving this 4 stars as the write up (description of the product) should have been a little more forthcoming in the wireless/bluetooth not being built in. So far, I would recommend this mini pc to friends. It's a great deal for it's capacity and speed.

Brand new computer, came with Windows 10 installed. ...
Brand new computer, came with Windows 10 installed. Freezes up each time it hibernates. Contacted Dell for support by email. Took four days to respond, then told me what to do to avoid freezing -- didn't work. Contacted them again, and requested support by email a couple of days ago, still have not heard back from them. Shut off hibernation to avoid freezes. One would expect a high end computer right out of the box would work. Online inquiries suggest that this is a known problem that Dell should be addressing.
