Really good flavor--fresh and gentle, not the harsh tannins of mediocre black tea. I still love my black tea in all its iterations, and I'm also a fan of good coffee, but this? I can drink it all day and night. Perfect in the evening. Especially good if, like me, you have acid reflux issues with mint teas. It's been a long time since I've drunk red bush tea, and I'd forgotten how delicious a cup brewed from good, fresh leaves is. You *can* sweeten and add milk, but I prefer it without.

I was trying to find a nice herbal tea with flavor. Roiboss isn’t too bad. Price is reasonable although check around bc prices vary wildly. Delivery was quick (although box was opened on bottom ... but none of the tea bags were out of their protective package. I would recommend if you buy them, you store in a air tight container. My 1st order I stored in a ziplock bag ... they lost their flavor and I tossed. Using an airtight small storage container and the flavor stays.

I'm a South African who's lived in the states for 18 years, but still love my rooibos tea. I hadn't been drinking much tea over the years, so I would always just bring some back from SA whenever I would go visit. But I recently had to cup out coffee because my 2-month-old doesn't do well with it, so I just switched to rooibos. I drink a few cups a day, so I ran out of my last stash and had to get some here in the US. I was very happy to find the Carmien brand at a good price here on Amazon. Love that it's organic and delicious!

My husband is from South Africa, he drink this red bush tea brand most of his life. And now I will drink it with him for the remainder of of mine! It's not just a tea! It's a beautiful experience in every cup!!!

i love this tea, i began drinking it when i visited capetown south africa and have been drining it since then. i have recommended it to friends who are now buyiing the tea. wonderful product. i wish the shipping packing bag was better. it should not be shipped in a mail bag as the container is soft sided as well and the packing box coes flattened or broken

There are lots of Rooibos teas available in the marketplace nowadays. This one seems to come from the original source and is top quality.

These Rooibos tea bags just don't seem as strong as the ones I originally tried. Have to double up to get the strength desired.

I tried my first tea bag and realized these ones need to stay in the water longer than 2 minutes (which is what I normally time it for tea bags.) When I left it in longer, the tea was wonderful! Well worth the money. I even boil some water in a large pot and let a tea bag sit in the water until it cools and give it to my dogs over a week to help them. They love when I mix it in their food. I put sugar in mine, no sugar for the dogs.
