Love the color (cozy up) but sad it came in damaged
Received damaged - product was shipped with some heavier items in a giant box with no packing material to keep things from rolling around.Opened cap and lip stain is all over my counter & my wash rag is now stained.Such a bummer - however the color is perfect!Would I buy again (yes) but from a local place where I can ensure it’s not broken.

Waste of money
This is not long lasting (at best an hour after drinking a beverage), does smudge, and does not plump. The only recommend is the applicator and pretty color. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.

Not the color I was expecting
Too mauve. Not quite the color I was expecting from the photos etc. Haven’t used it much for that reason.

It was broken and did not work
I was very unhappy because it was broken when it came. Since it is lipstick and cannot be resold, there is no reason for me to have to take my time to send it back.
