How do you reheat them?

Hello there, thank you for your message. To reheat the warmers you will need to put them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes until the crystal has turned to liquid. You can then remove the warmers from the water, please allow them to cool fully before reheating them. If you need anything else please do let us know. Regards, Liselle

How on earth do you “click” the discs? Been pressing and trying to twist them until my fingers hurt, but nothing happens :(

It's more about turning the disc inside out, don't squeeze it , try and push it against the side of the plastic, with your thumb and inside out it!! Good luck x they do work!

Are they individually packaged?

Hello there, thank you for your message. These come as a pack of 5 and are packaged together. If you need anything else please do let us know. Regards, Liselle

how many hours heat do you get before needing to recharge with boiling water? i.e. how often do you need to use boiling water?

They only last around 20 -30 minutes, then you need to re-set by boiling in hot water
