My husband had his first gout event a couple of months ago. It came on so fast and was so terribly painful that he ended up in the emergency room where he got the diagnosis. Getting my husband to take anything on a routine basis is impossible, and when we have tried, a lot of reminding and almost nagging has been required. With these pills he has been very disciplined on his own. Why? Because they work. He says that he still has some striking pains in his large right toe once in a while and some discomfort in his heel but nothing that slows him down or takes a lot of mental energy to tolerate. There has been no more swelling, no more crippling pain and he's been very active on his construction project. And the interesting part is that he continues to eat the proteins that are contraindicated 3 or 5 times a week, so I would say that Tart Cherry is really helping to break down these spiky protein elements that build up in joints. I don't know if all symptoms could go away as I doubt he will ever be fully compliant with the diet, but with the results he's having with these Tart Cherry capsules I would think that it might be possible. He is now most likely on a life long maintenance program with this product, but compared to the drug alternatives I'm not complaining and neither is he, and this product is so very affordable!.... This works for me, so far, in fending off Gout attacks in my feet! Don’t each meat or drink beer. Now no shellfish either.

I haven't been checked since taking these, I will update when I do. But these seem to really be working. I'm in less pain, I sleep better & no problems with the product. I've read other reviews that made me slightly reluctant to purchase these, but did anyway. I'm glad I did. They DO NOT smell, nor give your breath a nasty smell/ taste. They HAVE NOT given me an upset stomach. It says to "Take with food" So I'm guess the people with stomach problems from these capsules did not read the directions or didn't follow them. Plus, they are not hard to allow as some have commented. They are normal capsules, possible the people having trouble aren't used to swallowing pills. I highly recommend trying these if your uric acid levels are high & you're in pain. Good luck to anyone going through some rough patches. But I'm digging these for helping a lot!

Hi, I purchased this supplement hoping that it would help with my sleeping issues. The good news is that yet, my sleeping improved. The not so great news is that it cleaned me out a few times after using it for a few weeks. I would use with care.

I ordered these tart cherries cherry capsules based off my mother's recommendation. Both she and my dad have had great success with this product and now so have I. I'm 35, I have had problems with my ankles since I was a teenager and have now started having problems with my hands and wrists due to my job as a cake decorator. I was struggling, after a 10 hour shift I my ankles would be swollen and not want hold my weight when I climbed out of my car in the evening, and my hands/wrists were never getting enough time to fully heal from one minor injury before I would strain them again. After two days of taking it, I put my feet on the floor first thing in the morning, and for the first time in years, my ankles didn't try to buckle. It is now the middle of graduation season, I just worked five 14hr+ days in a row and worked a six hour shift on my day off and feel no worse than I did after a normal, non busy season work week. Possibly even better. I did forget to take it last night though and the aches I woke up with this morning made it obvious just how much of a difference this product is making overall, not just with my major problems. Honestly, I feel like a teenager again, where I could push my body past its limits, go to bed and wake up feeling fine.
