This frying pan is great. I don't had to turn the heat up as much with this one it cook even and I like this one it's a good frying pan

This is my replacement for the 8-inch pan in the T-Fal Ultimate pan set that I bought 3 years ago. The lid in that set fit this pan. We use the 8-inch pan 1-3 times daily. My wife and kids like it best because it's lighter than the 12-inch, fits perfectly on the burner so it heats up faster than the other pots and pans, and it's big enough to make scrambled eggs for 5 at one time. It developed a few knicks and cuts in the bottom in the first year, then the dot in the center became a solid red blob and finally the silver and black checkering became a solid black. By the end of the 3rd year it was still non-stick but a little spray or butter definitely helped. It never broke down to the point that we worried about Teflon in our food. The handle is comfortable and stayed firmly attached with no gaps or looseness. To me, holding up well after 3 years of heavy usage is pretty impressive for a non-stick pan.

La linea de T-Fal Hard Titanium Anodized Ultimate es de las de mejor calidad de la marca, durabilidad (según varios reviews) y de mayor costo, ya que son más resistentes en comparación a los otros sartenes; pero no sé si fue a causa del mal embalaje donde prácticamente lo pusieron en una caja sin ninguna protección o defecto de fabricación, que el sarten vino ligeramente abollado y terminé devolviéndolo. Por suerte ví aquí mismo en Amazon juegos de sartenes que incluyen dos de la misma línea de T-Fal (siendo uno del mismo tamaño que éste y otro más grande) por una diferencia de precio de menos de 300 pesos. Por el precio conviene más comprarlo en juego de dos sartenes, aparte de que los dos vienen juntos más protegidos en una caja.Usándolos correctamente, poniéndolos con la flama baja en la estufa, utilizando utensilios de plástico o madera, y lavandolos con esponjas o paños suaves y detergentes no abrasivos, creo que pueden durar varios años.

Los TFal de esta línea (ultimate) son muy buenos, pero hay que tener cuidado con ellos, es decir, no dejes que se calienten solos, no los raspes, cuida cómo los lavas, etc. ¡No se les pega nada! excelente para cocinar desde guisos hasta hotcakes. Ojo, TFAL tiene varias lineas, verás sartenes de 300 y de más de 600 pesos, la diferencia es precisamente esto, que los más caros no se pegan y duran más tiempo. En cuanto a amazon, llegó a tiempo, sin detalles y a buen precio.
