I used the backup battery twice so far and it has been as described. However, trying to contact the company for servicequestions is different. I have called the number no less than 10 times on different dates only to get the ring tone and then disconnect. I have tried to contact them by email and have them call me. They do not respond.I believe that service on a product like this is just as important as the product. In this case I would give them a grade of "D"PS - Don't plan on checking this item in your luggage. it exceeds the accepted 45W allowance and will be discarded. Mine is still in Frankfurt Germany. That was about a $50/charge that i got out of this.

Price!
Price was a little more than I wanted to spend...but I went for it anyway and I am sure glad I did. It's a little bigger than I thought it was but it's not a problem because it works great. The battery after using it on my Macbook Pro laptop editing photos it was still at 70% power. And what with the included AC cable I don't need to take my Mac AC cable when I'm on the road. I highly recommend this battery!
