Really nice 5 out of 5, great if you want an nice bed

Lots of things came broken and unable to fully complete entire bunk bed
This bed took 7 hours to assemble sorta since it had broken pieces so couldn’t fully complete.The drawers were broken the bars were already stripped. Don't get me started on the instructions, they were the worst instructions I have ever tried to follow! It does not number everything you kinda have to guess and it doesn’t tell you which way to face things up. Some stuff came ripped, instead of giving you replacements for the broken pieces to build the bed they only do replacement or a refund. Which means you have to pack everything up and ship it back for either outcome. To be more specific pieces #27, #28, #30 and #16 were broken and couldn’t put together. Don’t spend your money on this product! I’m always about getting products that have good reviews and more than a handful of them. I took a chance with this and sadly I regret wasting my money and I don’t want to go through all the trouble of returning so I’m just going to bite my tongue and just throw it out. The idea and the concept of it is good if only it was made well and packed better and more clear instructions.
