So easy to use. One of my little boys ears was fully blocked with wax, the other I could see the eardrum perfectly in. This tool is amazing to be able to see into the ear and look at the eardrum itself. So clear.

It saves going to the doctor to have your ears checked by the nurse. I am not sure if there is a magnifyinglight or not as there was no more information but it works for what i need it for.

When I fitted the batteries it would not light up when I pressed the on/off button. However, when I unscrewed the whole barrel from the head I could tell the + end of the battery could not make contact with the central connection pin in the head end. I noticed this pin was slotted so I used a small screwdriver and screwed it out by half a turn or so, put it all back together and hey presto it worked. So the product is basically good (if cheap and cheerful) but most people would have just sent this one back. The total lack of any documentation about battery requirements/fitting and operating instructions is very poor. Plus there was obviously no inspection check on this item before despatch. It got 3 stars because it did work in the end.
