And worth every penny. For one milkshake with 8 ounces of milk and two scoops of ice cream it only takes 1 tablespoon of malted milk powder. Back in the 50's and 60's there were 'soda shops' and soda fountains in stores like Walgreens, etc. I guess today we have ice cream shops (or parlors). Anyway a favorite drink was a Malted Milk Shake. This product when added to vanilla ice cream, milk and Hersey's Chocolate Syrup in the right ratio and blended creates a Malted Mike Shake. It works best to have the highest grade HARD ice cream since much of today's ice cream is full of air and water.
