I have the double signature, lansinoh wearable, and now lansinoh discreet duos. I absolutely love these. They're easy to put together, pull apart, wash and put on. As far as size goes, they're small and sleek (not as bulky as others). The suction is great, as I use the 2nd setting, flange 21, level 9. I make sure my bra is tight to help with the suction. Noise level isn't too bad, it won't wake anyone up if you're worried about it. One charge lasts about 3-4 pumps. Review: Best decision I made for pumping convenience - I recently purchased the Lansinoh Discreet Duo Breast Pump on desertcart, and I couldn’t be happier with this product. As a new mom, I needed a pump that was efficient, comfortable, and portable—and this one ticks all the boxes! The dual functionality for single or double pumping is a game-changer, especially when time is of the essence. It’s incredibly quiet, which means I can use it discreetly without disturbing my little one during naps. The customizable suction levels and pumping rhythms mimic natural feeding, making the experience much more comfortable. I also love how compact and lightweight it is. Whether I’m at home or on the go, it’s easy to carry and doesn’t feel like a burden. The rechargeable battery is a lifesaver for busy days when I’m not near an outlet. Cleanup is straightforward, and the parts are durable and high-quality. Lansinoh really thought of everything to make this pump both mom-friendly and effective. I highly recommend it to any breastfeeding mom looking for a reliable, convenient, and comfortable breast pump. Five stars!

Comparison to traditional flange pump
While I still haven’t found anything as effective as my manual hand pump in terms of speed and comfort (that one comes at a cost of not being hands free), the Discreet Duo is in my daily work rotation with a Spectra S1 Plus for the last 4 weeks since returning to work. I was hesitant to try a wearable pump over the traditional flange type due to what I’d heard about lower production, and that hasn’t been an issue with this pump. I pump comparable amounts to my Spectra S1, though it does take longer and typically I have to restart the pump after the auto 20 minute shutoff. What I can get from my Spectra in 20 minutes might take 30 minutes with this pump. However, the convenience of getting up to grab lunch or use the bathroom and not having to put on a special pumping bra is worth it. I particularly enjoy using this with the Kiinde bags, using a funnel and the Kiinde bottle holder to fill them. It makes the pour from the collection cups easier than aiming for a narrow or even wide neck bottle. I do notice some milk tends to get stuck in the diaphragm area and have to do some extra work to get that out without making a mess. Cleaning and assembly are straightforward, but do be careful with the duckbill valves as mine ended up tearing when my husband didn’t follow the washing instructions. I also use the same silicon flange inserts as my spectra to adjust the sizing down. One area of improvement is the collection cups- they are hard to see through to determine if milk is still flowing and the measuring lines are hard to read. I tend to shuffle through modes on the pump without knowing if flow has actually stopped and typically measure how much milk after pouring into a bottle (which isn’t always accurate with the Kiinde bags). I’ve seen other folks complain about the noise and size, but those weren’t big factors for me. I don’t know how it compares to other wearables on that front.

Didn’t work
Batteries took hours to charge and only lasted for one pumping session then died. Suction was weak and only one pump worked. Would like a refund if possible.

Excellent Wearable Pump - Exceeded My Expectations
I am surprised this pump doesn't have more reviews because it deserves them. I've tried Willow, Elvie OG, and Eufy S1 Pro. This pump empties me better than any of these more expensive ones. When I purchased it, honestly, it was after major brands had already let me down and I felt like I would be tied to a wall pump forever. I gave this one a try because to be completely honest I am an ambassador for the company and wanted to provide feedback to the brand. The pump was not complimentary but I do receive incentives for an honest review. My honest review is that as a mom of 4 struggling with producing enough milk for my newborn on top of keeping up with the busy schedule of the rest of my kids (all 8 and under) this pump is a game changer. I pump in the car between errands, extracurriculars, and doctors appointments with ease. I'm sure the drive through folks can tell I'm wearing the pump when I am on the go but I honestly am not bothered by it. Would I walk around my local grocery store, probably not, but in my car and around the house I feel comfortable and secure with this pump. Yes it does make an obvious pump noise that is audible to those next to you (my two year old is always asking what's that noise lol) but I've taken calls with it on and no one has noticed or said anything. I've washed dishes, done laundry, vacuumed and mopped with it on though the instructions do say you get the best results when you're stationary. With other wearable pumps I have either still felt full or seen hardly any milk come out after a long period of time. With this one I always get at least half an ounce which as an under producer is extremely valuable to me. It doesn't leak like other brands do and it is easy to put together and clean. My only negative point in this review is that I really want a custom carrying case for it or some kind of efficient way to store it in between pumps. I use a wet/dry bag to store the plastic parts once I've used them and am still out but I'm sure there has to be a better storage system for them. Lansinoh should definitely develop a carrying case of some sort to go with it.

A extração é suave e eficaz e não machuca os seios. Em 20 minutos, consigo extrair mais quantidade de leite que outras bombas em 30 min.

A bomba é excelente!

A bomba é bem confortável. Mas, não acho peças de reposição originais
