Perfect for Big Boobs.
Someone intially purchased this bra for me as a gift. She is quite busty and she explained this is her go to bra. My size was a UK 38G but I normally wear 40DD. I don't understand it but it works but when i tell you it is the absolute BEST bra I have ever purchased. Unlike the others that dismantle for me in months this bra has been withstanding the test of time and I hope they never stop making them the way they do.This bra provides the support I need with no extra padding because why do I need to look heavier on top.

Best bra I've found - small band/large cup
If you are genuinely a "small band/large cup" gal, then this is a game changer. Small band is technically anything 34 or smaller. No more cleavage!! Seriously. I haven't been able to buy bras in chain stores, or even most "lingerie" shops (you know Frederick's, VS etc) in almost 20 years. I discovered the Elomi brand by happy chance at a locally owned specialty shop. While they didn't have my size in stock, the owner ordered one and I've been sold on this brand for almost 5 years now. The sizing is UK, so you'll need to buy 2-3 cup sizes smaller than a US bra size - once you figure this out, you should have a perfectly fitting bra. I wear a 34H UK size, which is a 34K US - try finding that at Target.... (even high end department stores don't carry this). This bra keeps my girls forward (no armpit boob thank you!) and keeps them separated which means I can wear a v-neck top and NOT have cleavage. If you are a truly large cup (over DD) you know the struggle is real. The shape is about as amazing as you can achieve at this cup size - while not rounded you're also not pointy. There is NO padding in this at all - so if a sheer bra isn't for you, this won't be a favorite. The embroidery is not so thick that it shows through T-shirt weight material.I do find the J hook useless - I usually remove them - I've got a small frame and in order to get the lift necessary I have to adjust the straps almost all the way as tight as they'll get from the start. However, if you use it as a "racer back" style, you would loosen the straps. Unfortunately for me, this means the strap rides over an area that causes severe shoulder pain for me.PROS: great lift and separation for large cup size, keeps breasts forward better than many other options, decently "natural" shape under knit/clingy clothing, narrow back set straps help prevent strap slippage. Wide straps are a bonus. Back strap stays down where it's supposed to be. No padding to add extra bulk. Embroidery is minimal and doesn't carry through most knits.CONS: While I prefer an unlined bra (less material adding bulk) this might not be for everyone - this is a sheer bra. I find the J hook pointless. While the straps are quite wide, they are not as soft as some bras. However, I find this a good trade off because a wider strap is more comfortable. Some chafing around the band (under my breasts) happens, though I usually find this to be the case as the bra stretches out over time and becomes looser. As the bra wears, I have to adjust to a smaller hook setting - I start with the largest. Unfortunately, making it tighter does pull the side of the underwire back which then reduces the forward position - I start to see less forward and more side boob. However, by this point it's probably time to replace it anyway.overall, I give this bra high praises. I just hope they don't discontinue it! While no bra is so comfortable that you forget you're wearing it, at least not when you get to be my size, I still give this 5 stars for comfort when I compare it to other brands/styles that I've worn.

Flattering shaping and beautiful wrapping for the generously busted woman
I have always had a hard time finding bras that fit and support well and still flatter large breasts. I have had very good experiences with Elomi bras on both fronts. I had previously purchased Elomi bras and was so amazed at how well they fit while still being pretty that I was almost afraid it was a fluke, but I decided to branch out and try a couple new styles from the same company and am so happy that this experience has been consistent with the first.I purchased Matilda because A: It is not banded - I prefer this because there is less material at the bottom of the bra to dig in and tends to have a lower center where the underwires meet providing a nice separation and more natural and flattering cleavage. B: It has a J-hook and I wanted to try this feature to see if I liked it and YES I DO in fact I LOVE IT. C: It got great reviews.Bonus for me was that I didn't think by the pictures that it would be my favorite style, but I was excited when I pulled it out of the bag and saw that even though it was unlined it didn't have any rough seams that would cause itch. These bras are frequently reviewed as being pretty and supportive for good reason and Matilda is no exception. It is a sexy unlined practically transparent style with not overdone embroidery that still provides exceptional support, lift and shape. I have to say that when I do NOT use the J-hook feature I do not feel as supported on the sides in this design. In fact, the underwire rubbed too much on the inside of my arms for my liking, but when I do use that, it provides the perfect amount of added lift, so I will never wear it without the J-hook personally. This J-hook style/design also gives just enough pressure in the center of my back that it's like a little reminder to stand up straight and relax my shoulders which improves my posture.I included pics in clothes because lets be honest -it's transparent- and I'm a modest momma, but seeing how this bra makes your girls look in clothes is just as important as how it makes you look out in my opinion ;) No torpedo boobs, uniboob, or smashed boobs here, just nicely shaped and just enough lift. Comfortable straps and a low plunging center are wonderful while still providing enough fabric coverage to enclose your breasts without causing those unpleasant and unattractive bulges from an ill fit, or overflowing demi cups which in my experience never have worked for an abundant bosom.Just be smart, measure, and keep in mind that their sizing is not US sizing so pay attention when ordering. I wear a 40K US size but had to order it in 40H for their sizing purposes and it is a PERFECT fit. Their sizing chart is very helpful for making the size exchange necessary.Elomi has won a loyal customer if they keep producing plus size bras that make every size woman feel confident and look their best beautiful.

Lovely comfortable bra BUT
Comfy pretty supportive bra.I had this in teal colour bought in a shop.Found it for a good price on Amazon so decided to order another.I have now ordered and been sent an incorrectly sized bra 5 times.Every time I have ordered a uk FF cup and have been sent a uk H cup???Stupid me for thinking they couldn’t get it wrong so many times. There is obviously an issue with their picking system.I reported the issue via web chat after the 3rd wrongly sized bra was sent and was told a note would be put in the system to look into it.So the bra itself is great but good luck getting the size you want when ordered from Amazon!

Cheaper bras in bravissimo
Great buy..shame the seller now marks this bra at 40 pounds, i only purchased it a few months ago at 11 pounds. Go to bravissimo as theirs are perfect to fit but costing around 20 something pounds. This bra is a good fit but it has these weird hooks next to the adjuster i think they are to stop your bra from moving once you adjust it but all it does is hook my clothes. I do love its fit and would have bought more if the seller hadnt gotten greedy and unreasonable

Okay but
I find if I do not use the moveable j-hook fastening then the straps constantly fall off my shoulders which is really annoying. Unfortunately, this j-hook fastening also makes the straps somewhat tight .

Great fit and well made
I dislike the plastic stiffeners used in the back fasteners they can be uncomfortable and need to be trimmed down I use a Emery board but I still love this product

Always a well fitting, comfortable style bra for bigger cup sizes
I have had various colours and 2 x different sizes of this particular Elomi bra. It gives a good shape, doesn't dig in and looks nice. I have it in nude, white and black. I am a size 42F and find it really supportive. Would recommend it and will no doubt buy the same style in future.
