**UPDATE** 22-7-2024: KEYBOARD letter "O" malfunction. From day 1 I noticed an extreme sensitivity of the letter. One slight touch added 5 additional O's (ooooo). I thought I could manage, but after nearly 25 days, it began to interfere with my work. I reached out to Amazon and was impressed with the level of support I was provided. Initially we reinstalled the keyboard driver, but unfortunately, I had to go with a replacement. Luckily, these days almost every thing I do is backed up to a cloud and so I won't have to reinstall much. Die Tastatur ist tatsächlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ehrlich gesagt, gibt es dafür einen geeigneten Stift, der die Arbeit damit wirklich wunderbar macht.

So, here is the thing. I am a consultant, I need to meet people at odd places at times. sometimes even do a presentation. This mini laptop does the trick for me. I can rotate the screen which is such an aweeeeeomeee feature and I can do a presentation in the car!! otehr times I can connect it to a projector and quickly show my numbers if the client wants to see. so its small size and light weight make it an amazing tool to carty arouond Especially the rotation thingy of the screen is just mind blowing!!

I received and set this laptop up, closed the lid while I left for an hour or two; when I returned, it wouldn't re-start. I went back to the Amazon site, engaged their chat support (two real, smart humans, not a chat bot!). We determined that I'd gotten a defective unit, arranged a refund and replacement, which arrived within two days. The new one's a winner. Full up Windows 11 Pro. I'm not going to lie and tell you it's the equivalent of my higher end laptops, but hey, at $500, nothing's going to be. I've been installing my usual apps on it, and so far, no issues. Haven't yet added Office, but that should work ok, judging by what I've seen so far. My fat fingers aren't really happy typing on the tiny keyboard, but with a bluetooth mouse and a lightweight folding keyboard, this should be a killer little traveling machine.
