Which devices support wireless charging with this power bank?

Compatible with iPhone 17/16/15/14/13/12 series supports 15W charging.iPhone 16e supports 7.5W charging and MagSafe-compatible phone cases

Why does the power bank deliver fewer charges than expected?

Battery Capacity 5000mAh,(Rated capacity: 3000 mAh—Due to a 35% to 45% capacity loss from battery cell and circuit inefficiencies during charging), a fully charged LISEN Qi2 Power Bank effectively provides about 0.67 charge for an iPhone 17 Pro.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why is my phone getting hot while charging?

Charging stays below 105°F (40.7°C), but using your phone while charging can generate heat. If it becomes too warm, stop charging and allow the phone to cool before resuming. Avoid cases over 2.5 mm thick.

Will it sustain Qi2 15W continuous wireless charging?

It has peak 15W Qi2 fast charging with dynamic power range regulation. Real-time adjustment ensures safe, cool and optimized charging for your device.
