Thorne Zinc Picolinate 15mg, 60 Capsules

I’ve been taking these zinc tablets for a while now, and I’m happy with them. As with any supplement, you need to give it time to work and let your body benefit from it. I felt that I needed some extra zinc, and after taking it consistently, I did notice I felt a bit better. I’ve also been taking other supplements, so I can’t say it was only the zinc, but overall I’ve had a positive experience. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I’ve had no issues with them. I’d definitely recommend this brand and would buy it again.

Easy to take them and very beneficial to health conscious

These supplements are more pricy than others but they are completely worth it. I have been sleeping better and my blood pressure has also got slightly lower (improved), which is great. The capsules are easy to swallow but they do not taste great. Not a big issue if you just swallow them

Excellent tabs, you can feel the difference

I’ve been taking this for nearly a month. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any stomach upset or noticeable taste. I bought it mainly to support my hair, so it’s still a bit early for me to judge any long-term results, but so far it’s been easy to take and I’m happy with it.

These are much smaller capsules than the ones i had previously so making them easier to swallow. They seem to be helping me with my weak nails.

Good quality

This is one of the few zinc tablets by a clean brand with only 15mg. Way easier on the stomach than traditional doses, for people who are more prone to nausea. Highly recommend.
