Saffron if put in Water, becomes golden yellow slowly(fake if quickly yellow).Thread remains red(thread becomes yellow, if fake).Did anyone test?

Yes I tested it . water became yellow slowly and thread remained red.

Is this product organic?

Hi, Yes the saffrons are Organic, package shows certification logo and code required.

Can you use safron in milk

I haven't used it in milk but don't see why it should be a problem. I think this saffron gives a beautiful colour and I have been very pleased with the quality.

Did u test?Pure saffron if put in Water, becomes golden yellow slowly(if fake quickly yellow).Thread retains red color(thread becomes yellow, if fake)

Hi, I have just run a test. I put one strand in water 20 minutes ago. Now there is a patch of pale yellow surrounding the thread about an inch across. The yellow colour doesn't expand beyond this as the rest of the water is still clear in the bowl, and the thread itself is still red. So I guess it is okay. I can say it is very nice, and though not cheap it was well worth getting, and I will be reordering it when used up.
