you can find the expiration date on the bottle. it is usually on the bottom and will say "Use by date" I have a bottle of a similar product that indicates 04/2020 so that means the potency is good if stored properly until April 2020. That is close to 5 years. You will usually get a price reduction on any nutritional products that have less than 2 years to expiration. Amazon stands by the products and would accept a return if you find a bottle that was past the expiration date.

Does this still contain hydrogenated palm oil? Both are awful, the 'hydrogenated' for health concerns and the 'palm oil' for bad environmental impact.
