Wago 221-612 Lever-Nuts 10AWG 2 Conductor Compact Wire Connectors 50 PK

I was replacing my wall oven, which had drawers below the oven. Getting the wiring right was important of course. In this case to connect the wires I had to reach back full arm extended to properly wire it. And I could not use both arms like that at the same time. I found it impossible to get a secure connection with my usual go to's: Wire Nut. As an American, my tool box is full of wire nuts. But I heard about how in Europe they only use these "Wago's" so I tried them. And: piece of cake. It was so easy to solidly connect. These are well made items. I doubt I will ever use wire nuts again.

Easy to use, UL rated!

Used them on 10 AWG romex. They seem to work great. Have a nice "snap" to them that holds the wire securely. Voltages seem to be correct after the connection. Better than wire nuts IMO.

I love these wire nuts so much. There's nothing better that I've found that seamlessly connects wires in a more elegant fashion and fits in a tighter space because of it.

The Wago wire connectors are really awesome. I recently wired my barn (100's of connections), and wired an aux generator into the house. In the barn, there was several situations, wiring 5 wires together in a cramped box, up very high, etc, where the Wagos really earned their price. The pic is the generator wiring in the main, which would have been easy with wire nuts too, but I only use the Wagos anymore. I have never had a problem with the connection. Just make sure you strip the wires properly. I use IRWIN VISE-GRIP Wire Stripper, Self-Adjusting, 8-Inch (2078300). It works most of the time on first strip, but no biggie when it doesn't, just another squeeze. I keep the wagos 2,3,4,& 5 connectors on bench stock. They make adding outlets, changing light fixtures, etc a breeze. And I feel very confident, that the circuit won't short or open when I am done.

Amazing. I have been converted. I used them for field junctions in my automation project. They worked flawlessly. 10/10 would buy again. I might go broke but I love them.

This modern take on the wire nut is easy to use and I’m confident that my wires didn’t get crossed. One warning (and the reason for 4 stars and not 5) is that these are not as small as you think. If you had a tight fit with wire nuts, these will be even tighter.

These connectors provide a secure connection between wires quickly and easily. They snap securely onto the wire and are also easy to remove when needed. We use these on a competition robot that is subject to some hard hits and we've never had one come loose.

These are amazing. No more stupid useless wire nuts that take up too much space. These are slim, easy to tuck into wiring boxes and secure and easy to connect multiple wires. Thinking about pulling out all my outlets and redoing them. These are also very useful for easily connecting and testing some of these new LED dimmer switches since some older homes may not have just a white, black and ground or red, so you can easily switch wires around and test if it's not working. Just a great value and less messing around.
