2 amps output. 3--12 volts variable. Yes, it comes with nichrome wire.

My order didn’t come with a spring to attach the wire to, what should I do?

The metal wire is there pull it from the hole at the end of the table. My wire was taped under the table and you have to hook it up.

Will this work for 240v ?

The plug is for 120V American outlet. I’m away from home and cannot look on the back of the power dial. Email the guys, I think they will be able to send you one that works at 210v.
