My wedding is aug 18tb and im haveing 165 people, when should i order this and how much should i order?

I would order it 1 week before you need it that will give plenty of time for shipping and freshness won't be an issue. I usually tell people to figure 2 cups per person so I would order 2 of these, that will get you pretty close.
