It was safely packaged in some cardboard and strong tape and the actual box containing the PlayStation 4™ controller was in perfect condition and had no visible dents or anything. The controller was in perfect shape with not even a microscopic dent. The buttons were in perfect condition and the controller was charging perfectly. The controller also had a grippy and overall great texture to really like, hold the controller. If anyone is looking to buy a controller, this should be the one to go with and it may be a little bit of nuisance to actually connect the controller but with enough time and patience, it should work like a champ and you're ready to game. Great controller, feels good in your hands does not feel cheap and plastic-y. The camo green I bought is a beautiful piece!Cons:Well as I said no problems yet but dualshocks are known for their analog stick drift and it's something you can't avoid. As a matter of fact, it's the reason I bought another controller but my previous one functioned pretty well for 3 years. If you play a lot (8 9 hours a day) don't expect it to last a year. That's how they are made. Nothing can be done. The same company makes analog sticks for dualshocks, xbox standard, elite, Nintendo pro and all. Overall no manufacturing defects but the box did have little dents at a few places.
