La Riche DirectionsColour Hair Dye Combo (x1 Lagoon Blue and x1 Midnight Blue)

Used this for my son for mad hair day lasted longer than expected and colour stayed in for 4 weeks.

As my Asian hair is naturally dark brown/black, I always have to bleach/lighten it if I want it any other colour. For the past year I have had 'ombre' ends so they are always lighter than the rest of my dark brown hair, although it never goes blonde, it goes ginger :-/I no longer wanted ginger tips, and always wanted my hair blue/purple but couldn't find a blue that worked. I bought the midnight blue and lagoon blue LA Riche mix set and used a trusted purple (from another brand).I put these on my hair the next day after I washed my hair, and put it on straight to my hair, dry and left for about half hour. Then rinsed with cold water, a little bit of shampoo and added some conditioner. The midnight blue came out nicely and makes my hair looks darker with the right hint of blue in the light. The lagoon blue didn't quite come out, and either didn't take to my hair or just came out with a hint of green to it.This is the result after one week and just one wash with lukewarm water and shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love it and will experiment with different colours. Not sure how well it will work on non bleached hair, but it definitely gave me exactly what I was after, may try with a hint of red next time 😊
