Worth for money
Versatile as well as Functional… I am extremely happy with the overall purchase. The build quality is quite good. The sleek look also adds to the beauty of my kitchen. The Lock feature is definitely the best part of the grinder. The product is also durable in its build. It is reasonably easy to clean and the plastic has thankfully not turned yellow or colorful as some of them tend to. All in all, I would highly recommend it. Planning to buy two more as a kitchen gift for relatives.

Very short shelf life
This stopped working effectively after using about 10 times - we've had it less than 3 months and it's already useless - it makes noise but the blades on the wet cup no longer spin effectively - it's not strong enough to grind anything anymore including small amounts of cooked rice - this was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend this item

Ok product for 2 people, spice, paste of 50gm
I wrote comments after using 3 months. It is also working good now. Used for 2 people for spice paste, grinding. Not for big family

Poor product
The cover of the grinder is also used as the switch. Made of poor plastic material and broke in 7 days. No warranty and replacement not readily available. Poor buy

Please help in returning the product as the replacement will be of no use.
The sije of both the steel jars is very small that wd not serve the purpose for it was bought. So need to return and request for a refund.

Not working
Item not working on delivery. The return was scheduled. But the amazon person didn't turn up to take the return. . The next day the return was closed saying return was rejected by the customer though it was not so. Pathetic service.
