heavy duty and works great
I bought this 3000W step-up transformer to use my 220V appliances with a regular 110V outlet, and it has been working very well. The unit feels solid and heavy duty, and the construction seems much better than the smaller converters I have used before. The outlets fit the plugs securely, and I like that it has built-in overload protection for extra peace of mind.It is simple to set up and does exactly what I needed it to do. Even when running a higher-powered appliance, it has been stable and reliable. I also like the light blue color and clean design, which makes it look nicer than the typical industrial-looking transformer. It is fairly heavy, but I expected that from a 3000W transformer with a toroidal core. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and performance and would definitely give it five stars.

Space saving solution to use Electrical Appliance in US
An elegant space saving transformer that has so far worked well for electrical appliance with different Voltage rating to be used in US.On/Off indicator light quite dim and not easy to see when it is on or off.

Works super well
I got a Dyson Hair Dryer from China and bought this in order to use it in Canada. It works very well; I don't have to spend money to get another Dyson in Canada. Very happy

Worked for 220v washer
I used it to adapt a 220V Washer (UK plug with a fuse) to connect to a regular Canadian 15 amp receptacle and it worked great. I was a little nervous because the washer was rated for 1600 watts. I used a device to measure the wattage draw and ran different washer cycles - it didn’t go anywhere near 1600 watts. The highest was 1300 and that was only on a special cleaning cycle that uses an internal water heater.
