Good quality. You can use it in a variety of ways.
Its great, good to taste and hygienic. It gives the exacf flavour of coconut. Curries that i made with it turned out to be great in taste.

Sodium caseinate.
Ok so I am very satisfied with the taste however I didn't know that it had sodium caseinate. To quote directly from Google, 'Sodium caseinate is a compound derived from casein, a protein present in the milk of mammals.' Now I have urticaria which means I can't have any food that has a high amount of histamine or that triggers the body to produce them and since this product has sodium caseinate, I could feel my nose itch( the first sign of my allergy) everytime I consumed it and I couldn't figure out why. So I checked the back of the packet (which I honestly should've done beforehand lol) and there it was written. It's a reallly good milk powder though. Just giving a heads up for those who are lactose intolerant or have urticaria like me or are vegans.
