I’ve also tried playing handheld and the game looks great still on the screen however I have small hands and don’t find the Switch 2 joy cons comfortable to play on hence I did not play much in this mode to be able to comment. I’ve also bought Resident Evil Requiem on PS5 (base model) and graphically it does look a little better especially character hair, but environments are very similar and personally I would say I enjoy playing more on my Switch 2 than PS5 because of the Switch 2 pro controller rumble features. If you’re doubting Resident Evil performance on a Switch 2 console, I hope I’ve given you some reassurance that it’s one of the best Switch 2 ports of a game, with the exception that it lacks slightly in graphics. This generation pack does not include the “deluxe edition” of Resident Evil Requiem, and you will either need to purchase the deluxe edition separately (digitally or physically for £75) or on Nintendo Eshop for an additional £12 on top of getting the base game in this pack, if you want the deluxe edition.
