Great for inner thigh workout

Came used, missing straps, not wrapped, no manual etc

I used this for about 2 days and ended up returning. The part that sits on your thighs just cuts into them. I wouldn't recommend for someone who has thick thighs.

Resistance is great and it was easy to put together. The reason for the 3 stars is because its bulkiness makes it a bit painful to use. I have tried using it in different positions, but that doesn’t seem to help.

I’ve only used it a few times but I can feel the burn after so I am hopeful for long terms positive results! It was a bit confusing at first to get the hang of but is simple to use once you do. It feels solidly made and has lots of options for use. It has a timer and counter which is a definite plus. There are two levels of resistance so I can one on one area but if it’s too much move it down for another. Overall I’m happy to try this out and am optimistic about seeing results soon!

Bulky and uncomfortable. I would buy a thinner one to avoid bruising and discomfort in inner legs.
