Helped me.
I was having gall bladder attacks from gallstones. My Dr. recommended this and it really worked. No more gallbladder attacks. Does take some time to become effective, but could tell some difference within a few days.

Mildly fishy scent... I won't put this in smoothies!
I'm still trying to figure out how to manage to take this powder. The mild odor/flavor of fish is off-putting. If I make tuna salad I'm definitely going to hide it in that!That said, the powder is really cost-effective vs. pills. Even cheaper if you can order from fullscript.Update: I never figured out a way to stomach this powder and ended up giving it away. The company was completely unresponsive about this issue.
