Received damaged machine and no support from customer care
Worst experience with the brand, machine started leaking after 1st use. Bought this on 20th May and contact I made with customer support was 27th May and I’m still waiting for the machine to be picked up for repair.

Effective and fast
Very useful! Highly recommend! I used it on my carpet and the water turned black (not grey, really black!!). I did wash this carpet by hands before, but the machine does way more better then I can do with the brush and shampoo. Also, before I was washing 1 carpet in 4 hours of scrub.... with the machine in 15 min and no hard work or hand pain... should have bought it 10 years ago))
