The Best Eraser for Artists and Perfectionists!
The Tombow Mono Eraser is hands down the best eraser I’ve ever used! It’s incredibly precise, making it perfect for cleaning up fine details in drawings or highlighting areas with total control. It lifts graphite cleanly without smudging, tearing, or damaging the paper, which is such a lifesaver when working on delicate pieces. The slim design feels like using a pencil, giving me pinpoint accuracy whether I'm erasing tiny mistakes or creating subtle highlights in shading. It’s a must-have in any serious artist’s toolkit — once you use it, regular erasers just won't compare. If you love clean, professional-looking artwork, you absolutely need this eraser!

Quality. Works. Precise erasing.
This is my first eraser of this type. I am impressed with the ability to erase very specific areas. The eraser works very well as in compared to gummy erasers and solid erasers. Great for use while drawing. Does what it is supposed to do.

Very handy
Nice for "detailing". Well made for small scale cleanups.

Great eraser for use with colored pencils. Erases a directed fine line
If you use colored pencils, it seems that in the details you end up with a fine line or two not where you want them. In my case it is the eyebrows, lashes & hair that frequently need to be "groomed" to remove the one that went too long or not in the right space. This little eraser is a life saver. You can direct it at the spot & not worry about erasing things around the area that you wish to leave intact. It is also excellent for going back & creating strands in the hair. You don't want a color block for hair, you want to be able to see strands to make it appear realistic. With this you can run it on the edge from root to tip erasing a fine line directed where you need it. It will remove the top layer only with light pressure so you end up with layers underneath that are a different color showing through. While not as often as portraits, I also like mandelas. How frustrating with the intricate designs to accidentally edge over the line! With this eraser it is a snap to clean up marks outside where you intended.I thought when I first purchased the round one, that I would being going through the eraser super quick and would need refills. Much to my surprise almost a year later I am just now needing to replace the eraser inside. As you are removing "details" it just doesn't take up much of the eraser.Occasionally with a vivid color, the end of the eraser will hold the color and if you don't work it off or snip it off, the color will transfer to the next thing you color. So take care that you have just eraser and not pigment on the end.I ended up purchasing the square and round ones and am so glad I did. I use them all the time and hate to think how much time would be wasted but for this little Tombow eraser. As a side note, It does a great job with all the colored pencils whether oil or wax based

Love this eraser! Lasts longer than I thought it would!
It's SO SKINNY it gets anywhere you need! I was afraid I'd eat through these really quickly but I haven't even used up one of them yet! (color a couple of hours a day and I make quite a few mistakes!). Ordering more refills ASAP so I don't run out! Highly recommend! It takes a little extra effort if you're erasing a really thick layer of a really pigmented colored pencil. Also, the little bits of the eraser stick to itself while you're using it, they don't always come loose so they can be brushed away, sometimes I have to actually pick them off the eraser! A minor thing, not a deal breaker though. It could be the paper I'm using too.

Love this eraser!
This is one of my favorites! I borrowed one from a friend and had to buy my own. Great for detailed work. Erases the graphite like it was never there. Doesnt tear up the paper. Couldn't do my artwork without it! Worth every penny.

Perfect for Small Fixes
This eraser is perfect for when I am sketching very small things and make a boo-boo. It erases extremely well and allows me to use a lot of fine control.
