awesome stuff, the only drawback is that it 'sets' a little bit quickly. within half an hour its pretty much done, so be sure to think about the order you're putting things back together. this said, a quick blast with a heat gun and it loosens up perfectily. this truly is like a wonder material. I found it while looking for X4550. i would certainly buy it again for plkumbing related tasks. in this instance I was using it on a replacement manifold for my air compressor. highly recommended.

I have posted a photo of the back of the packaging as it gives a lot more detail on how to use the product. I think a lot of the bad reviews are from people who didn't understand how the product works. It needs contact with metal and a lack of oxygen to cure. So your thread needs to be tight, clean from paint/grease, and metal, or it will not cure. Also if any product squishes outside the thread it will not cure as it is in contact with oxygen.... This does not mean the sealant inside the thread has not cured. Just wipe away the excess. This sealed the air tank fittings on my other half's car air suspension. We left it over night just to be sure before refilling and there have be no issues/leaks. Will happily use again :)

Its a good product but the tube you buy is almost filled with Air instead of product.

Used on threads for air compressor so I didn’t have to over tighten manifold works well left for twenty four hours before using compressor
