The open toe house slippers are comfortable. The sizing for a size 8 is 280 MM and not the usual sizing on shoes. The packaging could be improved. There was a sweet, fruity smell on the sole of one shoe. It may have been the glue. Also, there were lose threads on the sole of one shoe. I washed the bottom of the shoe with the odd smell and cut the lose thread. The shoes were comfortable; therefore, I decided to keep the shoes rather than returning them.
