## Overview

Amber & Gold Co. Ghee is a premium, handmade clarified butter crafted in Magnolia, TX. Free from lactose and casein, it’s ideal for Keto, Paleo, gluten-free, and vegetarian diets. Packaged in a stylish 16 oz glass jar, this pure ghee enhances cooking, baking, and coffee with rich, natural buttery flavor—no additives, just clean, wholesome goodness.

## Description

Amber & Gold Co. Ghee is made from real butter, slow-cooked and clarified until the milk solids and moisture are removed, leaving a rich, golden fat with a naturally high smoke point of 485°F, higher than most cooking oils! Because the clarification process removes milk solids, it's also naturally lactose free and casein free, making it an easy fit for keto, paleo, and Whole30-style diets. Use it for high-heat searing, roasting, and sautéing. You can stir it into coffee or tea for a nutty flavor, spread it on toast, or simply swap it for butter and oil in your regular cooking and baking. No additives or preservatives, just ghee made the traditional way. Amber & Gold Co. is a family-owned Texas ghee brand built on one idea: good, accessible ghee for everyone. A simple swap in your kitchen that makes a real difference in how you eat and how you feel. Net 16 fl oz. Store in a cool, dry place. Ghee has a naturally low melting point, so it’s normal for it to arrive partly or even fully liquid, especially in warm weather or during shipping. This doesn’t affect its safety, quality, or composition. If you’d like it back to a solid, spreadable texture, refrigerate the jar for a few hours, then return it to room temperature storage. Contains: Milk

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What did the cows eat?**
A: Well, the seller would not know what the cows ate since she went to the grocery store and bought Wisconsin butter and took it home and cooked it down, I absolutely would not purchase this because you don’t know which Wisconsin butter she used or anything from that label, but this is not Texas butter . This is in fact Wisconsin butter that was cooked down in Texas. The seller is very deceptive by not making that information a little more plain, or in the description, I found the little mention of where the butter actually came from by accident.

**Q: Is this pasture raised?**
A: The butter for the Ghee is not pasture raised. All of the butter that we use is USDA graded AA unsalted butter which is the highest possible grade a butter can achieve based on its aroma, flavor, and texture.

**Q: From grass fed cows?**
A: Nobodies ever said “man that grass fed ________ is good”

**Q: Is the jar glass or plastic?**
A: The jar is glass the taste is o. k. But unlike more expensive Ghee, it is very liquid at room Temperature. So, we have to keep it in the fridge for convenient use.
